ProcessIQ is highly configurable so you will be able to simulate your production processes and all you need is a modern browser such as Edge, Crome, Firefox or Safari.
How do I measure the success of a free trial
At the discovery stage we work with you to understand your requirements and document a set of success criteria to ensure the free trial is focused on demonstrating business value. One of the great benefits of the free trial is the ability for you to demonstrate the system in context of your setting and provide confidence and justification for investment.
Is the free trial fully functional?
The free trial makes all aspects of the solution available so you can complete and end to end process from configuring a build process, creating a production order, working through issues to the creation of digital traceability using data capture and reports for build history. Where integrations occur we share real examples of how customers integrate to ERP or API’s for reporting.
What about on-boarding for the free trial?
When you start your 60 day free trial we provide an initial overview and on-boarding session and you will have access to a comprehensive WIKI and supporting how to’s to help you. We also provide support using our ticket system and scheduled regular on-line sessions where you have access to experts to assist with any queries.
What about Integration to ERP?
Our API framework enables configurable ERP integration and we can provide specific examples of ERP to ProcessIQ and ProcessIQ to ERP workflows.

What does an implementation plan look like?
The implementation of ProcessIQ can be very lean and quick as the software is highly configurable. Customer have implemented our software in as little as 6 weeks.
New customers need to consider the following :
- What hardware do I want to provide to my operators and to run the software?
- Is there network infrastructure on the shop floor?
- IT will always need to be involved.
- Who will complete the system administration for backups and other maintenance related activity?
- Who will be the system owner for ProcessIQ?
- These types of systems require dedicated production resource to ensure a successful implementation.
Can I use my legacy electronic build process sheets?
ProcessIQ supports the use of your existing electronic process sheets. This enables you to configure and capture your quality data to be electronically, whilst accessing your existing process sheets. By doing so you can start to provide an electronic build and quality process combined on a screen, removing the need for paper. Over time you will migrate your legacy build sheets into ProcessIQ achieving all the benefits of an embedded quality and build process.
Can you use the work from the free trial in a production implementation?
Yes we can take any work from the free trial and transport your data to your production environment.
